Eight Ilities is a lightweight architecture awareness model. It helps teams describe system quality in a shared language, make tradeoffs explicit, and prioritize improvements.
What it’s not

- Not a requirement to score 5 everywhere
How to adopt
- Start with one system and run the workshop.
- Capture 3–5 initiatives and ship them.
- Repeat quarterly and track trends.
- Share case studies across teams.
